Attend Begin Your Bow Video Workshop or a Private Session for a more informed and enjoyable experience of NOURISH. Amanda will teach to all levels in the space and we are going to try to make this a monthly class.

Cultivate awareness in every plane, intentionally retraining your body to attain a harmonious, balanced state and tone. The movements will vary from seated, all-fours, kneeling, lying face up (supine), lying face down (prone) and standing.
Please bring a yoga mat, block and hydration.
