A three-hour workshop in which Michale and Amanda will thoroughly explore Biodynamic posture during sleep.


Are you curious about practical ways to improve your sleep? 

Did you know we can use our waking hours to prepare for sleep? 

Yes! The Hermetic Law of Correspondence states that

"as above, so below; as below, so above." There is a correlation or mirroring between different planes of existence and the various levels of being. The laws and patterns governing the cosmos (the "above") also apply to the microcosm (the "below"), including our own inner world and external reality. 


Michale Chatham and Amanda Cepeda are going to guide you through the physical principles of integrating BioDynamic movement and correlate it to an open airway during sleep. 


Science has not concluded why we sleep, we do know however that sleep deeply affects the way we are in the world.
