Familiarize yourself with the 10 Key Areas of the Bowspring. Reshape and re-pattern your fascia through movement, incorporating a double s-curve in the spine. Embrace long, open, and strong curves to support yourself. Experience a profound shift in your mental, physical, and emotional well-being through the open, dynamic movement of the Bowspring.
The morning session pairs students up to understand the form and action of the algorithm, along with the basic hand and foot positions.
Afternoon session will be a practice of integrating all planes of the algorithm in a simple variation of the Seed Kata.
This workshop is for beginners and anyone who wants to re-familiarize themselves with the Bowspring algorithm. Limited to 15 students.
