Pulse Your Bow into a new level of awareness. Have confidence In your ability to maintain the Bowspring, enabling you to move with increased  freedom and fluidity. Mindful movement on all planes of the Bowspring will be our focus in this class. Consider the possibility that you are light on all planes. 

If you are new to the Bowspring we will spend some time reviewing the basics. This class is for all levels and all bodies.
