Immerse yourself in  NOURISH to elevate your understanding of this unique practice. 

Cultivate awareness in every plane, intentionally retraining your body to attain a harmonious, balanced state and tone. The  movements will vary from seated, all-fours, kneeling, lying face up (supine), lying face down (prone) and standing.

 What differentiates NOURISH from AWAKEN is the addition of standing movements.
