Step 1: Want to get more familiar with the Bowspring? How it works, benefits and any other questions. Class will start seated in a chair as Amanda slowly explains the 10 Key Areas of the Bowspring and the most common Elemental Forms. This class will give you the knowledge and confidence to show up for Awaken your Bow or to help you refine a practice you have already started.
Please bring a chair, yoga block and yoga mat to class. Wear something comfortable but not so loose that I can't see your curves.
